Access Management Dashboard

CAMP Audit — a unified way to see who has access to what, and whether they should. Built to turn weeks-long security reviews into a 15-minute check.

My Role

UX Design Lead

Responsibilities

Prototyping, User Research & Usability Studies

Project Duration

6 Months Jan 2026 — June 2026

The problem

With data spread across systems, who can see what?

Access to Cloud Connect's systems — Vector, BHI, Looker, and dozens of others — was tracked by hand. Security and compliance teams stitched together spreadsheets to answer a basic question: who has access to what, and should they still? A single audit took weeks. Roles drifted quietly out of sync with reality, and over-provisioned access piled up in the background until it became a crisis.

The approach

One dashboard, every system, always current

I designed CAMP Audit as the single place auditors, security teams, and leadership go to understand access risk — replacing manual spreadsheet reviews with a live, always-on view of who has access, what's over-provisioned, and where the real risk is.

Risk, at a glance

An overall risk score, total user count, and a system-by-system heat map surface exactly where to look first — no digging through spreadsheets required.

Roles, resourced

Expected vs. actual users, over- and under-provisioned roles, and dormant access sit side by side, so a reviewer can spot drift in seconds instead of cross-referencing exports.

Provisioning, filtered

Auditors can slice over-provisioning risk by system, business area, region, or role. The investigation that used to mean exporting five spreadsheets now happens in one filtered view.

Eng hand-off

From Figma to production

Once designs were validated, I handed off specs directly to engineering. This is the finished, shipped product — not a prototype — running live in Cloud Connect.

Impact

My designs pushed the organization from a reactive, crisis-driven mode into a proactive one where security and compliance are just happening all the time, automatically in the background.
